1. What are the shipping costs?
- Within the EU, the shipping costs are 5 Euro.
- Outside EU, the shipping costs are 7 Euro.
- We offer free shipping for orders above 100 Euro.
2. What shipping company do you use and how long will delivery take?
We use TNT/Fedex Express for our shipments.
- For Europe, US and Canada, shipment will take between 2-4 working days.
- For the rest of the world, shipment will take between 2-10 working days.
However, due to COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be longer.
3. Which payment methods are accepted for my orders?
We accept payments through Paypal and by card (Visa or Mastercard), using our bank application called IPay.
